
Our story
In 2009 a couple friends got together and built a smoker. Many hours of cutting, grinding and welding, including some mornings before our normal jobs, resulted in the BBQ pit we dreamed dreamed of.
And so began a passion for BBQ. Ribs, pulled pork, Whole hog roasting and Beercan Chicken. Burgers, wings, shrimp and fish.
Good BBQ needs fire, smoke, good seasonings, long cook times and of course SAUCE!
Early into this journey we experimented with making our own sauce. After some experiments that were less than desirable, we said a prayer and mixed another round. The rest is history…or present day since we are still using and loving it a decade later.
